Open Gymnastics

Open Gym

Every Saturday we will have an open gym where kids can come in and tumble around on the equipment; plus, we will have some fun features set up just for open gym. Open gym is available for anyone up to age 14. No clothes with zippers or buttons please. Please note: 5 and under includes tummy time for those children under 1 years old.

Advanced Open Gym

To be qualified to participate in advanced open gym, gymnasts must have the ability to perform a round off / backhand spring or be above the age of 12 with instructor's permission. This is an advanced open tumbling session only. Students will only be working on the floor, jumping mats, trampoline, and other tumbling. There will not be any equipment access at this time due to safety.

Times: 12:00pm - 1:30pm

Gym Safety

Please have hair tied up; leotards required for all 1 hour or longer classes. Please remove jewelry and other items; a cubby is provided for this purpose. No leggings or other slick leg coverings. Follow coach directions at all times.
