All session packages require a Core Membership for each person participating.
Bridget graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Community Health Education. She is a certified NETA Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach as well as a Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW, and GRIT instructor. She is also a Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach and Chronic Disease Self-Management Trainer.
Bridget’s training style it to teach her members and clients proper workout techniques, how to engage core muscles, and which exercises will be the most effective. She has always had a great passion for health and fitness. She wants to offer people much more than just a workout. Her goal is to provide the most positive impact on the people with whom she works, helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This goes beyond helping people look their best—she focuses on mindset, motivation, and lifestyle. Bridget truly believes that fitness should enrich your life. It’s important to enjoy exercise!
Dalton grew up in Holcomb, Kansas and graduated from Holcomb High School in 2015. He went on to play basketball at Bethel College for one year and then transferred to Garden City Junior College for one year. Dalton continued his education at Fort Hays State University where he graduated with his bachelor’s in Health and Human Performance. He is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Les Mills Grit Group Fitness Instructor. Dalton specializes in building muscle and strength, weight loss, explosive power and agility, and mobility. Living an active and healthy lifestyle is a big passion for Dalton. He enjoys assisting others and helping people reach their fitness goals.
