All session packages require a Core Membership for each person participating.
Trainers Darlene Holmes Darlene has served as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Specialist with GCRC since October 2008 since moving from Illinois. Darlene is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (CFT) who specializes in weight loss; a Senior Exercise Specialist (SES) since 2009, working with active older adults; and a Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES), who supports cancer survivors in developing an exercise program that meets their individual needs.
