BODYPUMP

Using light to moderate weights with lost of repetition, BODYPUMP give you a total body workout.  It will burn up to 540 calories.  Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music - helping you achieve much more than on your own!  You'll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated, and ready to come back for more.

GRIT CARDIO

GRIT CARDIO is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed, and maximize caloric burn.  this workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provide the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LesMills GRIT CARDIO takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

GRIT STRENGTH

GRIT STRENGTH is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT STRENGTH takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. .

Exercise while you are in your prime!  Fit After Fifty is designed for active adults and work on stability, balance, and strength while also incorporation some low intensity cardiovascular exercise.  All ages and fitness levels welcome.
