This program is based on the Rep Effect, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights, while performing high repetitions. BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories, shapes and tones your entire body, increases core strength and improves bone health. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically, backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Exercise while you are in your prime! Fit After Fifty is designed for active adults and focuses on stability, balance and strength while also incorporating some low-intensity cardiovascular exercise. Movements can be modified for all ages and fitness levels in the same class.  All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.  The dance routines incorporate interval level training, alternating fast and slow rhythms;  to improve cardiovascular fitness.   Zumba is a total workout, combining elements  cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.   All ages and fitness levels welcome.
