BODYPUMP

This program is based on the Rep Effect, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights, while performing high repetitions. BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories, shapes and tones your entire body, increases core strength and improves bone health. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically, backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

GRIT CARDIO

This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) increases aerobic fitness, unleashes fast-twitch muscle fibers and grows lean muscle tissue all while burning fat. Every GRIT workout features a variety of functional exercises that are scientifically structured and tested to insure they drive the heart rate into specific training zones at certain times. These highly-effective exercises are matched with powerful music and led by highly skilled instructors who motivate you to push yourself to your max.

BODYFLOW

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.  You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
