Memberships are not required for fitness classes. Classes all run on a six-week session unless otherwise designated. Each class will begin on its respective day of the following sessions. Try out any class for a $4 daily fee.

Fit After FiftyFit Factor
Exercise while you're in your prime! Fit After Fifty is designed for active adults and works on stability, balance, and strength while also incorporating some low intensity cardiovascular exercises. All ages and fitness levels welcome.

Join Michelle for an intense pump to your evening. This program gives quick bursts of high-intensity intervals to get you using every muscle group in a short amount of time.

Forever FitPower Up Bootcamp
Step light; step it up; step fast. Add fitness to your dream! Come join Darlene for a variety of workouts to burn calories, gain strength and tone the body: all ages welcome.
